A blend of kalamata and green olives in our signature organic cold-fermented sourdough - taking your taste buds on a Mediterranean adventure! Our bread is handmade in our bakery in London, where we've been baking since 1996. The art of making a great sourdough loaf begins with three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. That's it! we give our dough all the time it needs to ferment and develop, carefully controlling the fermentation process to ensure a well balanced flavour. Real bread can't be rushed.

Delicious wholesome breadWe love this bread. Its delicious toasted. The texture is good and firm. We love the salty olive taste. It goes well with cheese and continental meats or pate etc. Its a bit pricey and its never in stock so thats a disappointment.

Great sourdoughI bought this bread out of curiosity as wasn't disappointed the taste, textures and smell was sensational.. It's crumb and crust wasn't too hard and as to freshness well we enjoyed it so much it didn't last the day. So it will be bought again at a future date.
