Pop the contents into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally.

Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl, cover and vent. Microwave on full power: 800W (3 mins 30 sec), 900W (3 mins 20 sec) or 1000W (3 mins 10 sec). Stir halfway through heating. Don't be too keen - let it stand for another minute or two before tucking in. Just remember: Your microwave might be a bit different so this is just a guide. Check yours is steamy hot before serving, and don't reheat when it's cooled down.
Keep these meatballs somewhere cool and dry. If you open it and change your mind (why!?), don't sweat it: just pop it in a food container and into the fridge (<5°C) and make sure you eat it within 48 hours. Best before end: See end of can
