Cooking instructions: Oven cook
For best results, cook from frozen. If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking times Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place the fillets onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Brush lightly with oil, season to taste and cover loosely with foil. Cook for 30 - 35 mins. All cooking appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. Ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.
