Indian curries call for specific combinations of fresh and dry ingredients added in distinct stages – a culinary challenge for a frozen paste… but we’ve cracked it! Fresh garlic, ginger, and green chillies are blended with 14 different spices to create an intensely layered and vibrant Jalfrezi Curry paste. Fabulously versatile, our paste lends itself to creativity: experiment with different proteins (meat, eggs, paneer) and veggies or ramp up the tangy sauciness by adding extra tomatoes. For a whole new dish, blitz spinach with the tomatoes to create a flavour-packed saag curry.
