- Place the edamame pods in a microwaveable bowl and cover with a microwaveable plate - For half a pack, microwave for 1 min , stir the beans, recover with the plate and microwave for a further 1 min 30 seconds or 1 min 15 seconds - For a full pack, microwave for 2 mins , stir the beans, recover with the plate and microwave for a further 2 mins 30 seconds or 1 min 30 seconds

- Preheat a large wok or pan on a medium heat - Add the edamame pods with 1 tsp of water into the pan - If preparing half a pack, cook for 5-7 mins - If preparing a full pack, cook for 7-9 mins - Cover with a lid, stirring throughout
