Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Best Result Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the frozen bao buns, leaving space between them. Add 6 tbsp of cold water, cover, and once the water boil, cook for 6-7 mins over a medium heat until the water has almost evaporated. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottom is golden brown. Serve immediately.
Cooking instructions: Steam
Place the Bao Buns in a steamer and steam for about 8-10 mins until fully cooked, or use a colander lined with greaseproof paper over a pan of simmering water for the same time.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
The packaging is microwave-safe. Just pierce a few small holes in the packaging and microwave on high for 2 mins 30 secs to 3 mins 30 secs (800W) until product is fully heated.
