Savory Mug Cake
Ingredients for 1 person:
1 egg
All-purpose flour 60g
Mutti Parmesan Pasta Sauce 90g
Diced speck 30g
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder for savory cakes
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper t.t.
Extra virgin olive oil 10g
A few basil leaves
Method:
In a mug, combine the egg, flour, baking powder, oregano, Mutti Parmesan tomato sauce, speck, and olive oil. Mix well and clean the edges of the mug to ensure even cooking. Microwave on maximum power for 2 minutes. Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 30 seconds. Your savoury mug cake is ready!
