Try adding a dollop of nut butter, sprinkling with coconut and cacao nibs, or a handful of chopped banana with mixed seeds and honey.

Bring to the boil. Simmer and stir until the oats reach your desired consistency.

Excellent for a gluten free breakfast.Absorption is very good and the consistency is variable depending on how much milk or water is used, it does digest very goodand with a bit of honey it does have a lot of flavour and texture.

Easy and quick breakfast optionI buy these as I thought I had caeliac disease, but recent tests said no. I still have to steer clear of normal bread, so still use these to avoid anymore upset stomachs. I have it for breakfast and add collagen, but can still be a little bland, so I add a little icecream sauce to it, either toffee or strawberry. These are more rough than Ready Brek, that I had as a child, but a good alternative. Easy to mix and make in the microwave with little fuss.
