At Oakpark we select prime Irish pork bellies and cure them traditionally adding sweet notes of maple syrup. We naturally smoke them over beechwood chips before slicing as thinly as possible, to bring you deliciously crisp American Style Bacon with Irish Style quality!

Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Cook under a preheated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
