Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best result oven cook. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
15 mins Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Brush with oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.
Cooking instructions: Hob
12 mins Simply heat your sauce then add Quorn Fillets. Stir, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
