Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
