History: The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic profile and enhance its intense flavors.
Regional information: Nebbiolo is the most important black grape variety of Piedmont and is a sensitive, extremely demanding grape in terms of environment, soil, and climate.
Vinification: Vinification is traditional, with a 15-day maceration. This is followed by malolactic fermentation.
