Regional information: Rustenberg Estate is nestled in the valley of the Simonsberg Mountain in South Africa's premium wine region, Stellenbosch, arguably South Africa's most famous wine producing region, the vineyards of Stellenbosch taking advantage of the area's topography and mountain ranges, perfect soils and climate
Vinification: The grapes were destemmed before being hand sorted. Whole berry fermentation in stainless steel tanks then aged in 10% new oak and 90% older French barrels before blending and bottling.
