Regional information: The western cape is the southernmost region of the Africa continent and is the largest wine-producing region in South Africa. Western Cape wines showcase a blend of Old World elegance and New World fruit-forwardness.
Vinification: Harvested in the fourth week of February, the grapes have been crushed before fermentation for 6 days at 25 degrees Celsius.
