Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry from chilled. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and set glaze sachet to one side. During cooking: Cook for 8 minutes. Drizzle the glaze sachet over the sausages and cook for a further 2 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging and set glaze sachet to one side. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Drizzle the glaze sachet over the sausages and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat and sachet separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use.

When cooked some pinking may remain on the surface of the sausages due to being in contact with the bacon. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.

Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing.
