Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave but can also be steamed. Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. During heating: Microwave on full power for 35 secs (800W) or 30 secs (900W) After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: Steam
To steam. Before heating: Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam on a moderate heat for 25 minutes. During heating: Take care that the pan does not boil dry. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Remove the film lid and invert onto a plate.
