Microwave but can also be heated in the steamer. Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a non-metallic plate. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove the film lid and invert onto a plate. Carefully squeeze the sides to release the pudding from the pot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
