Cook pasta according to pack’s instruction. Reserve 3 tbsp of pasta cooking water and drained pasta. Over a low heat, add the sauce to 400g of cooked pasta and 2-3 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water. Gently stir for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is heated through and evenly coats the pasta.
