Cooking instructions: Oven from Frozen
Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from frozen 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 30 mins
