For best results oven cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Microwave and oven: Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity. Do not reheat once cooled. Although extra care has been taken to remove bones, some small bones may remain.

1. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. 2. Cook on full power: 700W 11 1/2 mins/800W 11 mins/900W 10 1/2 mins 3. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. 4. Check that food is piping hot before serving.

1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 or fan oven 180°C. 2. Remove outer packaging and film lid. 3. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 40 minutes. 4. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. 5. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
