Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and allow steak to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: Cooking times for rare are 7 minutes, medium 9 minutes and well done 12 minutes, turning regularly. After cooking: Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. If cooking rare, do not pierce the meat before cooking and ensure the surface is fully seared/browned.
