Cooking instructions: Grill
Grill from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove all packaging, set glaze sachet to one side and place steaks on grill pan. During cooking: Grill for 12 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drizzle glaze over steaks and return to grill for a further 3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging, set glaze sachet to one side and place steaks in air fryer basket. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 4 portions. During cooking: Cook for 10 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Drizzle glaze over steaks and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
