INGREDIENTS: Arborio Rice.
Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Place 75g of rice per person in a large pan. During Cooking: Add a ladle of hot chicken or vegetable stock to the rice. Bring stock to a gentle simmer. Stir until the liquid is absorbed and the rice appears almost dry, then add another ladle of stock and stir, continue adding ladles of stock until the rice has a soft bite to eat. Cook on a moderate heat for 40 minutes. After cooking: Add a knob of butter and season to taste. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
