INGREDIENTS: Basmati Rice.
Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Place 75g of rice per person in a sieve and rinse under cold running water. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes. After cooking: Drain well. Check food is piping hot. Fluff up with a fork and serve immediately. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on hob Moderate heat 10-12 mins* *or until water is absorbed
