To stir fry from chilled. Before cooking: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan or wok on a high heat. Once oil is hot add the stir fry except the leaf and herbs. During cooking: Stir occasionally for 3 mins then add the leaf and herbs and cook for a further 3 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
