Cooking instructions: Stir Fry
To stir fry from chilled. Before cooking: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Once oil is hot, add the vegetables except the leaves and aromatics. During cooking: Cook over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add the leaves and aromatics and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
