Cooking instructions: Other
Air fry from chilled or frozen, (based on) a 1400W with a max basket of 4.2L. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer. Remove 8 goujons from packaging. Place product in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. During cooking: Cook at 180°C from chilled 9 minutes or from frozen 13 minutes. Turn halfway through. After cooking: Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 10-12 minutes from chilled or 16 minutes from frozen. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
