Cook on the hob from frozen. Before cooking: Boil water. Add one portion (80g) of broad beans carefully to the boiling water. During cooking: Return to boil and simmer. Stir occasionally. Cooking instructions: Microwave from Frozen
To microwave from frozen. Before cooking: Transfer one portion (80g) of broad beans into a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml of water and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Recover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. Drain and serve. All cooking appliances vary.
