Microwave from chilled. This product is not suitable for microwaving from frozen. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. During Cooking: Heat on full power for 2 minutes (800W) or 1 minute 30 seconds (900W). Peel back film, stir well and recover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. After Cooking: Stir before serving. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
