Our Taste the Difference Discovery Hot Smoked BBQ range showcases true Texan barbecue, using prime British beef, chicken and outdoor‑bred pork. Each small batch is seasoned with a simple, well‑balanced coarse dry rub that lets the quality of the meat shine.
The cuts are hot smoked over real oak wood, creating a caramelised, flavour‑rich bark and a sweet, nutty smoke profile. They’re then cooked low and slow for exceptional tenderness and a pull‑apart texture. Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch and place in the air fryer basket. Separate the wings and spread evenly into a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes. During cooking: Open sachet of glaze and pour over wings. Return to air fryer and cook for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not overfill the air fryer.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6. Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch and place onto an ovenable tray. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard any cooking juices. Open sachet of glaze and pour over wings. Return to oven and cook for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
