Our gourmet sausages and stuffings are influenced by chef and gourmet sausage maker Martin Heap whose sausage recipes were launched into Sainsbury's back in 1996. In this stuffing we use 70% coarsely chopped pork bellies and shoulders for the perfect succulence. Mixed with decadent confit onions and lots of fresh sage for a twist on a classic combination, then wrapped in our traditionally oak smoked, dry cured streaky bacon. Perfect for an indulgent Christmas dinner.

Before cooking: Remove all packaging. During cooking: Shake halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing.
