Cooking instructions: Other
Air fry from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on per pack. Remove all packaging. Place schnitzels in the air fryer in a single layer. Place the sauce sachet to one side if chilled or in a bowl of warm water to defrost, if frozen. During cooking: Cook at 170°C from chilled 17 minutes or from frozen 21-22 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. While the chicken is cooking pour the sauce into a small bowl and heat in the microwave on full power 800W/900W for 30 seconds. After cooking: Stir sauce and drizzle over the schnitzels. Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Oven cook from either chilled or frozen but can also be air fried. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove chicken from packaging and set the sauce sachet to one side if chilled or in a bowl of warm water to defrost, if frozen. Place schnitzels on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes from chilled or 27 minutes from frozen. Turn halfway through cooking. While the chicken is cooking pour the sauce into a small bowl and heat in the microwave on full power 800W/900W for 30 seconds. After cooking: Stir sauce and drizzle over the schnitzels. Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
