Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. Spread chicken out in foil tray and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30 minutes, turn chicken halfway through cooking time. Add the sauce, mix with the chicken and melted butter. Cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Mix chicken with cooking juices and sauce and spoon onto warm serving plates. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C /Gas 6 35 mins
