Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove label and film lid. Brush the pastry with milk or beaten egg. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. To serve slide a fish slice along the bottom of the foil tray, lift the en croûte out and remove parchment paper. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 30-35 mins
