Seasoned with a blend of mango, coconut, and other tropical spices, these grills are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a special occasion.
Serves 2, delicious served cold or hot.
Why not try served on toasted flat breads topped with fresh rocket leaves, baby plum tomatoes and a charred pineapple salsa. Or simply add on top of mixed salad leaves with freshly chopped mango, avocado and peppers. Drizzle with garlic aioli and freshly chopped coriander.

Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 2 mins 30 secs - 3 mins (800w & 900w). Turn the chicken halfway through and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: Oven
This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot. Oven heat from chilled but can also be heated in the microwave. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and cover with foil, heat on the middle shelf of the oven. During heating: Heat for 20-22 mins. After heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
