Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place thighs on a microwaveable plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 4 mins (800w) or 3 mins 30 secs (900w). Turn the chicken halfway through and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot. Oven heat from chilled but can also be heated in the microwave. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During heating: Heat for 25-30 mins. After heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
