Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and allow beef slices to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Preheat 1tbsp of oil in a wok or frying pan. During cooking: Separate the slices, add to pan and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes until browned, turning regularly.
