Air fry from frozen. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 2 steaks. Remove chicken from packaging. Place chicken in air fryer tray in a single layer. During cooking: Cook at 180°C for 13 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven from Frozen
Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30-32 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
