For best results cook from frozen. We have given you these instructions as a guide only. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Cook before eating, do not eat raw.
Cooking instructions: Air Fry
180°C, 10 mins Based on an air-Fryer minimum capacity of 4L. Preheat air-Fryer to 180°C. Remove from packaging. Place the frozen chicken tenders in the basket for 10 minutes. Ensure chicken tenders are spread out in a single layer. Shake basket halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and do not overcook. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not overcrowd the basket. The basket should be cleaned after every use.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18-22 mins Preheat your oven as shown. Remove from packaging. Place chicken tenders on a baking tray (with baking paper) and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Cook until crisp and do not overcook.
