How to do seitan Chop, cook, enjoy. Remove packaging and try it torn or sliced! All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure seitan is piping hot before serving.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Medium heat/ 8 minutes Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/12 minutes Bake: Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway.
