How to do tempeh Remove all packaging. Chop, cook, enjoy! All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Medium heat/ 8 minutes Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/14 minutes Bake: Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway.
