Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Allow the lamb to come to room temperature for 20 minutes. Place into a roasting tin. After cooking: Remove from the oven and rest under foil for 15 minutes. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 Medium 7 mins per 100g Well done 10 mins per 100g
