Microwave from frozen. Before cooking: Transfer one portion (80g) of green beans into a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml of water and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. Drain and serve. All cooking appliances vary.
