Regional information: Produced in the Provence vineyard in south of France near by the Mediterranean Sea. This small area in the west part of Provence offers premium rosé wine.
Vinification: Grapes, harvested at their ripest, are selected and picked in the morning to protect from the heat of the day. Whole or destemmed, the grapes are gently pressed prior to maceration. Pressing is a very slow, delicate process to allow the skins to develop the beautiful pale pink colour. Fermentation is maintained at a cool temperature to preserve freshness.
Bottled by: Les Chais de la Grange. At: Pierrefeu Du Var, 83390, France.
