Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until hot. Remove all packaging and place tuna in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking to ensure the tuna is evenly coloured on all sides. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. Do not reheat once cooked. This is a guide only as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.

This product has been previously frozeń and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
