Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 16 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap fish in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 16 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance.

This product has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.
