Cooking instructions: Other
To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 18 minutes on a low heat, turning occasionally during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. As the natural thickness and size of the fish and the performance of cooking appliances varies this is a guide only. To pan fry from chilled: Low heat 18 mins

Oven cook from chilled but can also be pan fried. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During Cooking: Cook for 20-22 minutes After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
