Our teams work passionately, with great attention to every detail, respecting the land, Burgundy traditions and strict winemaking processes. Grapes selected from specially designated plots are carefully harvested by hand and then magically transformed into sparkling wine using the traditional methods.
Regional information: The region of Burgundy is semi continental and 350m above sea level. The soils are argilo - calcaire.
Vinification: Mechanically harvested with a pneumatic press. Fermented with yeast culture in stainless steel tanks.
