Our kilnmasters expertly smoke over oak chips for a mild flavour then gently marinade with gin, juniper oil and lemon zest to give a rounded, sophisticated flavour. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For use by date: see front of pack. Once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Keep in the fridge below 5°C.
