High in Omega 3: Each serving (50g) typically has 900mg of which half (450mg) are DHA and EPA. We carefully cure and smoke our salmon over a selection of woods, then add enough maple syrup and demerara sugar to give a sweet and balanced finish to the smokiness.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
